Pankaj Dhanuka
|
Pankaj Dhanuka founded Xplore-Tech in March of 2004. Leveraging his past entrepreneurial experience, he has led Xplore-Tech to a leadership position in the IT - enabled service industry of Kolkata, India. A Chartered Accountant by deed, Pankaj had also been an all India rank holder in Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretary examinations. He is best described as a connoisseur in the ITES. He flaunts an avid folio of experience in the finance and IT sector. His galaxy of work experience includes the UTI, Lodha Capital Market (A joint venture of Banque Paribas), and a Web Development Company. Pankaj has been a pioneer in the onset of teaauction.com. He is the novel partner in the operations of Xplore-Tech Services Private Limited and leads with his foresight.

Kishore Saraogi
|
Kishore, one of the directors of Xplore-Tech is a chartered accountant by profile. He had been an all India rank holder in Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretary and Cost Accountancy examinations. With an extensive vision of finance and networking added to it, a brilliant academic career which propelled him to a proficient galaxy of companies. Kishore’s feats include ventures in ICICI Securities and Investments (A joint venture with JP Morgan, US); Usha Communications based in Portland, Oregon, Martin Access (London, U.K) amongst others. He has also been an integral part of the team which executed the trade sale of Usha Martin Telecom to Hutchison Whampao. Kishore has been contributing extensively to the Xplore team on various global ventures.

Michael O Neil
|
Michael O’Neil is Fusion BPO’s Vice President of Business Planning and Analysis. Michael has been with the company since its incorporation in 2000. His responsibilities include a direct involvement in finance, marketing, and sales through the development of proposals and pricing. Prior to joining Fusion BPO, Michael was a Solutions Consultant for HK Systems, an automated material handling company. During his tenure at HK Systems, Michael started the Outsourcing Department. He earned his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Keith Wareham
|
| Keith oversees the planning, operation and maintenance of Fusion BPO's information systems and telecommunications infrastructure. His department develops and maintains information systems to meet the needs of Fusion BPO's clients and internal user community. Keith brings a unique skillset to Fusion BPO having worked as both a Hardware and Software Engineer in the telecommunications industry before focusing on VoIP and Contact Center applications. Prior to joining Fusion BPO, Keith was the lead technical resource for Bloomberg LP's Global Contact Center and managed a Telecom department. He has a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland. |
