Objective :
The whole objective while serving this client was to bring down the cost substantially by helping their current operations and also to recover the debts.
We proposed to recover the debts on behalf of this client since our U.S. office is registered to collect debts under the fair debt collection policies. We started with a pilot team of 10 agents and have been very successful in collecting these debts. Based on our performance the client is happy to further transit more accounts to our organization.
