The client is one of the major telecom company based in the United Kingdom.
Objective:
The company was looking to acquire customers to increase there presence in the UK market.
Achievements:
We fulfilled the client’s objective by putting our team of telemarketing representatives on the job and started acquiring customers for them. So far we have acquired more than 5000 customers for our client.
We observed that the client’s expenses on back office operations have significantly gone up since their customer database started growing at a rapid pace due to telemarketing. Hence we proposed them to extend their back office operations to us and that’s how within a period of 6 months the client decided to slowly and steadily transfer all back office operations to our delivery center. Though there are no limitations but so far the client has extended its operations to only one delivery center outside the United Kingdom and that’s us. We currently take care of the following operations for our client:

Billing
We started with a team size of 2 representatives. We have a team size of over 50 representatives today exclusively handling the back office operations for the client. We helped the client save up to 50% of the cost that would have been incurred otherwise. The client is now happy to focus on its core activity i.e. business expansion.
